Call for bids for the US - SL Fulbright Commission travel account
Dear All,
The United States – Sri Lanka Fulbright Commission ( hereinafter Commission) is in the process of reallocating responsibilities to its present staff as a consequence of the retirement of a couple of its senior staff. From now on the Commission’s Deputy Director Ms. Ramya Jirasinghe will have oversight responsibility for travel.
The US-SLFC wishes to call for bids to select a travel agent to attend to our travel requirements.
Our account requires tickets for our grantees and Commission officers to and from the United States on the basis of the Fly America Act on a regular basis.
As part of this bidding process we would like to invite you to give us a proposal on the following:
1. A sample fare from Colombo to Madison, Wisconsin, USA _departing during the week of the 20th of October – return economy class ticket.
2. A proposal of additional official benefits that your agency can offer as part of being the Commission’s official travel agent.
