The University of Dayton is a top-tier Catholic university with offerings from the undergraduate to the doctoral levels. We are a diverse community committed, in the Marianist tradition, to educating the whole person and to linking learning and scholarship with leadership and service.
Our academic merit scholarship program offers awards based on academic performance prior to enrolling. Those applying as a full-time, degree-seeking student will automatically be considered for scholarship, whether entering from high school or transferring from another college. Scholarship notification occurs upon admission to the University of Dayton.
Entering first-year student scholarships are renewable for four years; transfer student scholarship for three, provided the student maintains a 3.0 GPA, is registered full-time and is a responsible member of the University community.

BLUFFTON UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC AND FINANCIAL NEED SCHOLARSHIPS
Bluffton’s four enduring values of discovery, community, respect and service set Bluffton apart from other institutions. Bluffton provides an educational experience that teaches Christian Values in a Global Community – or put in another way – living out faith with purpose through the Mennonite values of peacemaking and service.
International students may qualify for academic or financial need based scholarships/grants. Academic scholarships are determined by previous academic record and results on the SAT examination. International student grants are awarded to students demonstrating the financial ability to pay for only a portion of the expected costs of attendance. The maximum amount of scholarship and/or international student grant awarded will be one-half the cost of tuition. In addition, international students can work on campus and earn $2,340 per academic year on campus work-study and
$4,960 during summer employment.

not be an option if you are an international student. The New York Times’ India Ink blog asked what students can do and which resources are beneficial when deciding where to enroll if they cannot visit the campus.
Along with using the assortment of online resources available, it is recommended that students also watch for admissions officers and alumni who travel and hold information sessions in their home country. Also, take advantage of social media tools and online chats with current international students, alumni, faculty, or administrators. When choosing a school, it is important to understand what you expect of your experience in the U.S., and thoroughly research how a school’s programs, student life, and activities might meet these expectations.
